| 概要 | 東京大学社会科学研究所人材ビジネス研究寄付研究部門では，「改正介護保険下でのヘルパーの能力開発と雇用管理」調査プロジェクトを設置し，訪問介護サービスを展開する14の事業者とともに，介護職（ヘルパー）の能力と働きがいを高めるためのサービス提供責任者の役割やステーション運営のあり方を検討している。本調査は，ヘルパーが意欲的に仕事に取組み，能力を発揮しやすい職場づくりを進めるうえでの諸課題を明らかにするために実施された。この目的により，介護保険の訪問介護サービス（予防も含む）の担い手であるヘルパーの仕事内容，仕事や能力開発に関する希望，ステーションの状況等について詳細な調査項目を設けている。 The Department of Research on the Staffing Industry, Institute of Social Science, the University of Tokyo has established a research project entitled "Capacity Development and Employment Management of Home Helpers under the Revised Long-Term Care Insurance." Together with 14 home care service providers, this survey examines service providers’ role and the management of stations to enhance care workers’ (helpers’) abilities and job satisfaction. This survey was conducted to clarify various issues pertinent to creating a workplace where helpers can work enthusiastically and easily demonstrate their abilities. For this purpose, a detailed survey was conducted on the work content of helpers who provide home care services (including preventive care) under long-term care insurance, their wishes regarding work and skill development, and the status of their stations. |

| 母集団 | プロジェクトに参加する14事業者158事業所で介護保険の訪問介護・予防訪問介護サービスに少しでも携わる者のうち2007年1月に稼働した者。雇用形態は問わない。なお，保険外サービスのみに携わる者は対象としない。 Those in any way involved in home care and preventive home care services under long-term care insurance at the 158 offices of the 14 businesses participating in the project. Those who were in operation in January 2007. Employment status is not required. Those involved in non-insurance services only are not included. |
