| 概要 | 最近の子どもたちは疲れているといわれるようになってから久しい。世の中が物質的・経済的に豊かになるにつれ，人々の生活は多忙化してきた。子どもたちとて，それを免れることはできない。子どもたちは忙しい生活を送っていて，以前のような一見「無駄」と思われるような，それでいて楽しく，創造性・自主性・積極性などを自然に培うことのできる時間はなくなってしまったのだろうか。 子どもの疲れの質と量について実態を把握し，その原因となる身体的，あるいは心のストレスについて，また疲れていることによって，子どもたちの日常生活はどのように変化するかについて探ることを目的とする。 For quite some time now, people have noted that modern children are often tired. As the world has become more materially and economically affluent, people's lives have grown increasingly busy, and children are not exempt from this trend. Do children's busy lives mean that they no longer have the seemingly "useless" yet enjoyable leisure time they once had to naturally cultivate their creativity, independence, and aggressiveness? The purpose of this study is to understand and quantify children's tiredness, the physical and mental stresses that cause it, and the changes in children's daily lives that have caused their fatigue. |
