| 概要 | 登校した子どもは大半の時間を学級の中で送る。それだけに子どもたちの人間形成に学級担任の与える影響は大きい。そこで本調査は，子どもたちと担任の先生との人間関係を中心に調査・分析し，子どもにとって望ましい担任像とはどのようなものであるか探ることを目的として実施された。調査は子どもとその担任との双方になされた。子ども調査の主な内容は，担任との接触，担任イメージ，担任への信頼，担任への満足，クラスへの満足，自己像など。担任調査の主な内容は子どもとの接触の仕方，どんな先生と思われているか，自己評価など。 Children spend most of the school day in a classroom. Therefore, teachers have a significant impact on children's personal development. The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze the personal relationships between children and their homeroom teachers and identify the characteristics of a desirable type of homeroom teacher, considering teachers’ considerable influence on their students. To achieve these research goals, both students and their homeroom teachers were surveyed. The main content of the student survey was as follows: contact with the homeroom teacher, perceptions of the homeroom teacher, trust in the homeroom teacher, satisfaction with the homeroom teacher, satisfaction with the class, and self-image. The main content of the teacher survey was as follows: contact with students, self-classification of teacher type, and self-evaluation. |
