| 概要 | 「学級崩壊」が進んでいるといわれる。 ここでは「学級崩壊」という現象を， 1)学級の崩れ＝授業や学級経営が何となくうまくいかない状態 2)学級の乱れ＝子どもと担任の先生との気持ちが離れてしまった状態 3)学級の荒れ＝先生の言うことを聞かず，授業が成立しない状態 の3段階に分けてとらえている。 そして教師を対象とした調査を実施し，その実態を明らかにすると同時に，対応策を探っている。 Classroom collapse is said to be on the rise. This survey will discuss the phenomenon of classroom collapse by detailing the following 3 stages: 1) Classroom collapse is a situation in which classes and classroom management are going poorly. 2) Classroom disorganization is a situation in which students and their homeroom teacher have lost touch with each other. 3) Classroom disruption is when a student disrupts the class by failing to listen to the teacher. Teachers were surveyed to clarify the actual situation pertaining to classroom collapse and to identify approaches for addressing this issue. |
