| 概要 | かつて子どもを支える環境は「家庭・学校・地域」と言われたが，地域が生活の場としての意味を失ったと指摘されている。確かに子どもの生活空間から地域が抜け落ち，メディア伝達の情報や塾やおけいこごとが子どもの生活空間で重要な要因を占めるようになった。しかし，子どもたちの成長にとって，「地域」を欠いたままで心身の健やかな人間的な成長が望めるのだろうか。本調査はそうした生活空間としての地域に焦点を当て，子どもたちの放課後の生活や地域とのつながりを検証し，地域の自然や人間関係の中での子どもの成長を追ったものである。 In the past, it was said that the family, school, and community comprised the environment that supported children. However, it has been pointed out that the community has lost its meaning as a childrearing construct. Indeed, the community has fallen out of children's living space, and information from the media, cram schools, and classes have supplanted it as influential factors. However, is it possible for children to develop physically and mentally without their community’s support? This study focuses on the community as a living space; the research examines children's after-school lives and their connections with the community and traces children's development in the context of the natural local environment and the children’s interpersonal relationships. |
