| 概要 | 情報化社会の到来につれて，子どもをとりまく学習環境が変わった。そのため学校が「知識を伝達する場」から「問題解決の方法を考えさせてくれる場」へ転換を迫られている。そうした意味では，週5日制の導入を契機として，学校のあり方をとらえ直す必要があろう。それらを背景として本調査は，土曜休日の過ごし方や評価，問題点などの実態を明らかにするために，中学生と教師を対象として実施されたものである。月2回の学校週5日制が実施されて3ヵ月後の7月8日（第2土曜日）の行動を7月10日に尋ねる形をとっている。 With the advent of the information society, children’s learning environment has changed. Consequently, schools have been forced to shift from knowledge transmission sites to a place where students are encouraged to think about how to solve problems. In this sense, the introduction of the 5-day school week should be an opportunity to reconsider the nature of schooling. Against this background, this survey was administered to junior high school students and teachers to clarify the actual conditions revealing how they spend their Saturday holidays, as well as their evaluation and the problems they face. Administered on July 10, the survey items asked about subjects' behavior on July 8 (the second Saturday of the month), 3 months after the implementation of the bi-monthly 5-day school week. |
