| 概要 | 中学生は多感な年齢で，指導がむずかしい。反発したり無視をしたりして，なかなか言うことをきかない。そうした生徒たちを教師たちはどう指導しているのか。これまでの集団指導から個別指導を取り入れている動きも視野に入れつつ，本調査では，生徒の目から教師を捉えようと試みている。 調査分析にあたっては，生徒たちにとって「生徒の期待を満足させる担任がどのようなタイプであるか」に調査視点をおき，中学生にとっての「理想の教師像」とはどのようなものであるかを探ろうとしたものである。そのため，調査項目が担任評価につながる内容となり，調査を断られることが多く，調査に協力してくれる先生を探すのは大変で，ようやく31人の先生方の協力を得ることができ実施されたものである。 Junior high school students are at a sensitive age, and it is difficult to teach them. They rebel, ignore others, and fail to listen. How can teachers guide these students? Considering the trend of adopting individual instead of group instruction, this survey attempted to understand teachers through students’ eyes. Analysis of the survey results aimed to identify the characteristics of homeroom teachers that meet students' expectations as well as those of the ideal teachers for junior high school students. Therefore, the survey items related to students’ evaluation of their homeroom teachers. It was difficult to find teachers who would cooperate with the survey; many refused, but ultimately, a total of 31 teachers participated. |
