| 概要 | 表面的には親たちとうまくいっているように見えるが，実際のところ，学校は親を敬遠し，親も学校に近づきにくいものを感じている。そうした学校が日本では少なくないようである。中学生は指導がむずかしい年齢だけに，学校と家庭とが手を取り合って子どもの健全育成を目指す形が望まれる。子どもの教育に最終の責任を持つのは親だとするなら，学校も親を対等の交渉相手として，学校運営に参加させる方策を講じるべきである。 そこで，本調査では，中学生をもつ保護者を対象に，教育や中学校・先生に対し，常日頃からもつ評価や期待などについてアンケートを実施し，親の意識の実態を明らかにしたものである。 On the surface, school staff seem to be getting along well with students’ parents, but in reality, schools shun parents, and parents, in turn, find schools unapproachable. This seems to be the case with many schools in Japan. Since junior high school students are at an age when it is difficult to guide them, it is desirable for schools and families to work together in the interest of children’s sound development. If parents are ultimately responsible for their children's education, then schools should involve parents in school management as equal negotiators. In this survey, junior high school students’ parents were asked to regularly share their evaluations and expectations of education, junior high schools, and teachers to clarify the actual state of parental awareness. |
