| 概要 | 学校の機能は「勉強」と「充足感」とに分けて考えられる。これまで，学校は勉強の場としては十分に機能してきた。しかし，同世代の者が集い，長時間場を共有するのも学校であるので，生徒たちの充足感を高めるのはもちろんのこと，それをさらに深め，学校を「友とふれあう場」として位置づけ，学校を通して，生徒たちに友情の深め方や異性との心の通い合い，集団の中での行動の仕方などを身につけることも大事である。現代の子どもたちに人間関係の未熟さが感じられるので，ふれあい的な働きは勉強と同じように重要な意味を持つと考えられる。そこで本調査は，学校内で楽しさを感じられる場所と時・学級内の人間関係・友だち関係などを中心にアンケートを実施したものである。 Functions of schools can be divided into "studying" and "fulfillment." Up to the present, schools have functioned well as places for study. However, schools are also places where people of the same generation gather and spend a lot of time together. As such, it is important to deepen as well as increase students' sense of fulfillment in order to position schools as places where they can interact with their friends. Additionally, it is crucial to teach students how to deepen friendships, communicate with the opposite sex, and be a part of groups through school. Since there is an element of immaturity in children’s interpersonal skills today, it is thought that interactional work is as important as academic pursuits. In this study, a questionnaire survey was administered focusing on the places where and times when children can experience joy in school, engage in interpersonal interactions in the classroom, and formulate friendships. |
