| 概要 | 自我や身体的な発達がめざましい時期の中学生は，何に悩みどのように対処しているのだろうか。 情報化社会の中，中学生も情報の渦に巻き込まれている。特にこのところ，感情をコントロールしない，あるいはできない生徒が増え，生徒たちの心の面での成熟が遅れ，幼さを感じる傾向が強まっている。また，現在の高校および高校入試は多様化し，かつてのように高校入試は中学校生活の最終目標ではなく長い人生の通過点に過ぎなくなってきている。こうした状況にある現代の中学生はどんなことに悩んでいるのだろうか。 悩みの経験や対処法，他人からよく言われることや体型などで傷つくことを言われた経験などを尋ね，自己像や自己肯定感（自分が好きか），体調など様々なアングルから，現代の中学生の悩みの実態を明らかにし、その解決策を探っている。 What do junior high school students, who are beginning their development in terms of their ego and physical growth, worry about, and how do they cope? In the current information society, junior high school students are caught up in a whirlpool of information. In particular, the number of students who are unable or unwilling to control their emotions has been rising recently, and there is an increasing tendency for students to lag behind in terms of their emotional maturity, which makes them feel younger than they are. Additionally, today's high schools and high school entrance examinations are becoming more diverse, and high school entrance examinations are no longer the final goal of junior high school life but merely a transit point in a long trajectory. What kinds of problems do today's junior high school students face in this situation? By asking these students to share their anxieties, coping strategies, the advice they get from others, and the hurtful remarks they have received about their body shape, etc., while also examining various angles such as self-image, self-affirmation (i.e., whether they like themselves), and physical condition, this study attempts to clarify the reality of today's junior high school students’ worries and find solutions to them. |
