| 概要 | 阪神・淡路大震災を契機にボランティア意識は大きく変わったと言われ、労働組合と組合員がどのような志向性とボランティア意識をもっているのか、またどのような進路や未来をめざしているかなどについて実状を掌握することが重要である。そこで、本調査では、社会のために自立的な活動を行なっている民間の団体やサークルに関する意見を尋ね、労働組合が今後、どのような役割を果たすことができるのかを検討するための基礎的資料を得ることを目的として、労働組合を対象にした「労働組合とボランティア活動調査」と、連合傘下の組合員を対象にした「ボランティア活動についての個人アンケート調査」の二つの調査を実施した。 Awareness of volunteerism is said to have undergone a major transformation after the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake. Accordingly, we consider it as important to grasp the current state of labor unions and union members with respect to their awareness of and attitudes toward volunteerism as well as their desired course of life and the future. This survey asks their opinion about private circles and organizations which extend self-supporting activities for societal purposes, and aims to obtain basic data for studying what role labor unions can possibly play in this field in the future. The survey consists of two questionnaires: (1) A Questionnaire on Labor Unions and Volunteer Activities (for JTUC-affiliated labor unions) and (2) An Individual Questionnaire on Volunteer Activities (for JTUC-affiliated union members). |

(2) JTUC union members selected by the unions. |
