| 概要 | バブル経済からリアル経済(実体経済)への移行、金融自由化、価値観や生活意識の多様化、ライフスタイルの個別化、高齢化社会の成熟などの社会経済環境のなかで、生命保険商品に対するニーズも、生活全般を捉えた総合的な生活保障機能・サービスを備えたものなど、広汎多岐にわたり高まってきている。そこで、生命保険に関わる人々の意識や実態を時系列で追うことにより、その変化を把握することを目的として、1987年より「生活保障と生命保険に関する個人調査」(全国、18～69歳の男女個人、6，000サンプル)と題したアンケート調査を行っており、本調査はその5回目にあたる。本調査の内容は、①生活保障(医療、老後、死亡)に対する意識、及び生命保険をはじめとした保障準備についての利用状況、②民保セールスマンとの接触状況や店頭訪問経験等の人々と民間の生命保険会社との関わり、及び民保に期待する新規事業・サービス、等となっている。 Our recent socio-economic environment has been characterized by the "real,"rather than "bubble," economy, financial liberalization, diversification of values and ideas of life, individualization of life-styles, and the matured aging society. Accordingly, public needs for life insurance products have increased, expanded and diversified at the same time. One such example is the need for a product which offers comprehensive security of life as well as related services, covering an entire living sphere. Against the backdrop, we have conducted since 1987 a yearly survey entitled the "Security of Life and Life Insurance" (with a national sample of 6,000 men and women aged between 18 and 69) for the purpose of chronologically grasping changes in the consciousness and realities of individuals as they relate to life insurance. This is the fifth of the series, and investigates individuals' (1) consciousness about security of life (in medicine, old age, and death) and use of life insurance and other means of security; and (2) relations with private insurance companies as indicated by their counter visits and contact with private insurance sales representatives; and new businesses and services expected from the private insurance industry. |
