| 概要 | わが国では、新規開業に対する関心が、かつてないほどに高まっている。新産業創出の牽引役として、又雇用創出の担い手として、新規開業の重要性が認識されるようになり、官民を問わず、創業支援策が次々と実施されている。国民生活金融公庫では、新規開業に関する実態調査を69年度から行っており、91年度からは調査結果を『新規開業白書』として、毎年刊行している。本調査はその第10回調査に当たる。又、本アンケート調査と同時に、アンケート対象企業のうち43社について訪問によるヒアリング調査を実施している。 Japan's current level of interest in new small businesses is higher than ever. Their importance is now recognized as a leading creator of jobs and new industries-as evidenced by the implementation of a series of supportive measures initiated both in the private and public sectors. NLFC, which has conducted Surveys of New Start-ups since 1969, began to publish findings in 1991 in the form of annual white paper. This survey is the 10th of the kind. Forty-three of the new starters surveyed here were given both a questionnaire and an interview (by visiting ). |
