| 概要 | 第16回目の商業統計調査（甲、乙調査）。1984年の日本標準産業分類改正に合わせて、調査範囲の産業について「卸売・小売業」から「卸売・小売業、飲食店」と表示を変え、更に飲食店のうち中分類「その他の飲食店」（料亭、バー、酒場などが該当）の事業所を調査対象から外した。それに伴い、丙の2調査を廃止した。さらに、飲食店を対象とする丙調査を甲、乙調査の1年後に実施するようになる。 The 16th Census of Commerce (Parts A and B). In line with the revision of the Japan Standard Industrial Classification in 1984, the industries covered in the census were changed from "Wholesale and retail trade" to "Wholesale and retail trade, eating and drinking places," and among eating and drinking places establishments classified into the major group "Other eating and drinking places" (which includes ryotei restaurants, bars, and drinking houses) were excluded from the census. As a result, Part C-2 was discontinued. In addition, Part C focusing on eating and drinking places was to be conducted one year after Parts A and B. |

| 母集団 | 調査時の日本標準産業分類「大分類I－卸売・小売業、飲食店」に属する事業所のうち飲食店を除く全国の事業所。ただし、以下のものを除く。 1.国及び公共企業体に属するもの 2.営業の場所が一定していないもの、又は営業のための固定設備がないもの。 3.出入りに許可又は入場料の支払いを要する等の制限のある事業所の中に設けられているもの。 4.調査の期日前引き続き3か月以上休業しているもの。 Excluding eating and drinking places, all establishments in Japan on the date of the census falling into JSIC Division I: Wholesale and Retail Trade, Eating and Drinking Places, except the following: 1. Establishments belonging to the national government or to public or government corporations. 2. Establishments without a fixed place of business and establishments without fixed business facilities. 3. Establishments set up within establishments that have entry restrictions such as requiring a permit or payment of an entrance fee. 4. Establishments that had been closed for three months or more at the time of the census date. |
