| 概要 | 法的根拠が通達であった賃銀毎月調査を、昭和14年6月より勅令に基づく調査に変更したもの。また、少し前の昭和14年1月より、戦時体制のため、労働力に関する調査項目が増やされている。 調査対象は鉱山については全国の鉱山監督局長が、鉱山以外については33道府県知事が選定した。集計結果は「労働統計」により毎月公表されていた。 In June 1939, the legal basis for the Monthly Survey of Wages was changed from a notice to an imperial ordinance. Moreover, slightly earlier, in January 1939, the number of survey items related to the labor force was increased due to the war. For mining, the survey targets were selected by the directors of mining inspection offices throughout Japan, while for other industries they were selected by the governors of 33 prefectures. The results of the surveys were published monthly in the Labor Statistics. |
