| 概要 | GHQの指示等により大きな変更が行われた。主な変更点は、調査事業所の選定方法の変更、調査対象業種の拡大（商業事業所の追加）、現業員だけでなく事務職員についても調査することとしたこと。調査事業所は、全国の都道府県知事、地方商工局長、海運局長が産業小分類別、従業者規模別に選定した。また、昭和22年3月に統計法が成立し、同年8月に統計法に基づく指定統計第7号に指定された。 Major changes were made under the direction of the General Headquarters of the Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers. The main changes were a change in the way surveyed establishments were selected, an expansion of the industries covered by the survey (commercial establishments were added), and the decision to survey not only onsite workers but also administrative staff. The surveyed establishments were selected by the prefectural governors, the directors of the [bureaus of commerce and industry/offices of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry]), and the directors of shipping bureaus; establishments were selected by detailed industry category and size in terms of the number of employees. Moreover, in March 1947, the Statistics Act was enacted and in August of the same year the survey was designated as the "Designated Statistics No. 7." |
