| 概要 | 標本抽出理論を導入し、標本抽出にあたって、事業所センサスの結果を用いて無作為抽出し、それまで単純に調査票の数字を集計し平均していたものから、母集団を復元するようになるなど、大改正が行われた。それに伴い、根拠となる法令を戦前に成立した「勤労統計調査令」から、新たに成立した「毎月勤労統計調査施行規則」に移した。全産業とも従業者数30人以上の規模の事業所を調査対象とするよう統一された。 Major revisions were made to the survey, including the introduction of sampling theory, the use of random sampling based on the results of the Establishment Census, and the switch from simply aggregating and averaging the figures from the questionnaires to reconstructing the population. Along with this, the laws and regulations in the "Labour Survey Ordinance" established before the war to serve as the basis for the survey were replaced by the newly enacted "Regulations for the Enforcement of the Monthly Labour Survey." The survey was standardized to cover establishments with 30 or more regular employees in all industries covered by the survey. |
