| 概要 | 昭和54年4月以降、通勤労働者と住込労働者を別に調査していた乙調査の1，7月分の調査票がなくなり、乙調査の調査票は1種類に統一された。 From April 1979, the separate January and July questionnaires for commuting and live-in employees for Part B were discontinued and replaced by a single, unified questionnaire. |

| 母集団 | 全国の鉱業、建設業、製造業、卸売業・小売業、金融保険業、不動産業、運輸通信業、電気・ガス・水道業及びサービス業（家事サービス業及び在日外国公務を除く）に属する事業所。甲調査、地方調査は従業者30人以上、乙調査は従業者5～29人の規模の事業所。 Establishments across Japan in mining, construction, manufacturing, wholesale and retail trade, finance and insurance, real estate, transportation and communication, electricity, gas, and water, and services (excluding domestic services and foreign governments and international agencies in Japan). Part A and the prefectural surveys focused on establishments with 30 or more regular employees, while Part B focused on establishments with 5-29 regular employees. |
