| 概要 | 本調査は，1999年4月から施行された改正男女雇用機会均等法の下で初めて就職活動を行った，2000年3月卒業の4年制大学卒業者及び短期大学卒業者の，就職活動状況及び卒業から半年を経過した時点（2000年10月）での就業意識の変化等について，その実態を把握し，女子学生の就職に関する均等な機会の確保及び的確な職業選択の支援を図ることを目的として実施されたものである。 This survey investigated men and women who graduated from four-year universities and junior colleges in March 2000. They were the first graduates who searched their job under the Equal Employment Opportunity Law amended in April 1999. The aim of this survey is to reveal the condition of activities to obtain secure employment at their graduation as well as some changes of the employment consciousness in the time (October, 2000) of having passed half a year since their graduation, for the purpose of reserving the equal opportunity about employment of female students and supporting for adequate occupation selection for them. |
