| 概要 | 中小企業で外国人労働者を雇用する例が広くみられるようになっている。 背景には生産年齢人口の減少だけではなく，海外展開や訪日観光客の受け入れといった中小企業経営の国際化もある。 人手不足への対応として導入が進んだ外国人労働者であるが，しだいに企業の成長や事業展開に欠かせなくなってきていると考えられる。 このような背景のもと，本調査は，外国人労働者が多い業種や地域の企業を対象に外国人労働者（特別永住者は除く）が中小企業経営に果たしている役割を明らかにするために，日本政策金融公庫総合研究所によって実施されたものである。 Cases of foreign workers being employed by small and medium sized businesses are becoming more common. This is not just because of the decline in the working age population; it is also a result of the internationalization of the operations of small and medium sized businesses such as international expansion and the ability to handle visitors to Japan. While foreign workers may have been brought in to counter labor shortages, they have also become essential to growth and business development.In this context, this survey was carried out by the Japan Finance Corporation Research Institute for the purpose of clarifying the role that foreign workers (excluding special permanent residents) play in small and medium-sized businesses, focusing on businesses in regions and occupation types where there are many foreign workers. |

| 母集団 | 日本政策金融公庫国民生活事業および中小事業の融資先のうち，以下に該当する法人1万5,970社。 （1）業種：製造業，卸売業，小売業，飲食店・宿泊業，情報通信業，サービス業 （2）地域：北海道，茨城県，栃木県，群馬県，埼玉県，千葉県，東京都，神奈川県，静岡県，愛知県，岐阜県，京都府，大阪府，兵庫県，広島県，福岡県 Among the companies that have received financing from the Japan Finance Corporation Micro Business and Individual Unit or Small and Medium Enterprise Unit, 15,970 companies met the following conditions:(1)Industries: Manufacturing, Wholesale, Retail, Hospitality (restaurants/accommodation), Telecommunications, Services(2)Areas: Hokkaido, Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Saitama, Chiba, Tokyo, Kanagawa, Shizuoka, Aichi, Gifu, Kyoto, Osaka, Hyogo, Hiroshima, Fukuoka |
