| 概要 | 本調査は，わが国の景気動向や仕事と暮らしについての勤労者の認識を，アンケート調査により，定期的に把握するとともに，勤労者の生活の改善に向けた政策的諸課題を検討するための基礎的資料を得ることを目的としている。 2001年4月に第1回調査を開始して以来，毎年4月と10月に定期的に調査を実施しており，多様な勤労者の仕事と生活の状況や認識を把握することを主眼としている。第21回調査（2011年4月実施）より，調査対象者を拡大するために，従来の郵送モニター調査から，インターネットによるWEBモニター調査に調査方法が切り替えられている。 また，第35回調査（2018年4月実施）からは，勤労者の仕事と暮らしの実情をより正確に把握・分析する観点から，対象の地域を全国に拡大するとともに，サンプルサイズを増やしている。 第39回目となる今回の調査では，勤労者の景況感や物価，仕事に関する意識などの定点調査に加え，準定点観測調査（4月定点調査）「最近の家計の経済状況」「中期の見通しに関する意識」を行った。加えて特定トピックとして，「社会保障制度への信頼度，給付と負担に関する意識」，および緊急調査として「新型コロナウイルス感染症による雇用や収入への影響」に関する調査項目を設けている。 The purpose of this survey is to regularly ascertain workers' perceptions of economic trends, work, and life in Japan through questionnaire surveys and to obtain basic data for examining various policy issues aimed at improving workers' lives. Since the first survey was conducted in April 2001, it has been conducted regularly every April and October, with the main aim of ascertaining the work and life situations and perceptions of a diverse range of workers. From the 21st survey (conducted in April 2011), the survey method was switched from the conventional postal monitor survey to an Internet survey to expand the number of survey participants. In addition, this 35th survey (conducted in April 2018) expanded the target area to cover the whole country, and the sample size was increased to more accurately grasp and analyze workers' actual work and life situations. In addition to the regular survey items (e.g., workers' perceptions of the economic situation, prices, and work), the 39th survey also included semi-regular survey items (April regular survey items) on "recent household economic conditions" and "awareness of medium-term prospects." In addition, there were specific topics on "trust in the social security system, awareness of benefits and burdens," and an emergency survey on "the impact of the new coronavirus infection on employment and income." |
