| 概要 | 本調査は，日本政策金融公庫取引先の中小企業に対して4半期毎に継続して実施している全国的な景況調査のうち，「小企業編」として従業者20人未満の小企業を対象とする調査である。前身の国民生活金融公庫総合研究所の「全国小企業動向調査」を引き継ぐものである。 全国の事業所の業種別構成比等を参考に公庫取引先企業からサンプルを選定し，4半期毎にアンケート調査を実施している。今回のデータは，2020年7～9月期実績，2020年10～12月期見通しのものである。小企業の景況を業種別にきめ細かく把握し，公庫業務のほか広く外部関係者の参考に供する。 本調査では質問項目として，毎回内容を固定して尋ねている動向についての調査項目に加え，毎回内容を入れ替える特別調査項目（今回は「雇用」「賃金」）が収められている。 This survey is part of a nationwide survey of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with less than 20 employees conducted quarterly by Japan Finance Corporation. It is a successor to the Japan Finance Corporation Research Institute's "Quarterly Survey on Small Enterprise Trends." The survey is conducted quarterly by selecting a sample of JFC client firms based on the industry composition of business establishments nationwide. The data presented here are for the July-September period of 2020 and the forecast for the October-December period of 2020. The survey is intended to provide a detailed understanding of the business conditions of small businesses by industry and serve as a reference for JFC operations as well as for a wide range of external parties. In addition to the fixed survey items on business trends, the survey includes special items (this time on “employment” and “wages”), the content of which changes each time the survey is conducted. |

| 母集団 | 日本政策金融公庫取引先の従業者20人未満の企業 〔 製造業（従業者20人未満）， 卸売業（同10人未満）， 小売業（同10人未満）， 飲食店・宿泊業（同10人未満）， サービス業（同20人未満）， 情報通信業（同20人未満）， 建設業（同20人未満）， 運輸業（同20人未満）〕 (注) 日本標準産業分類の改訂を踏まえ，2004年4～6月期調査から「飲食店」を「飲食店・宿泊業」に変更し，「情報通信業」を新たに設け，8業種分類としている。 (注) 2008年1～3月期調査からは対象企業の従業者数を20人未満としている。 Japan Finance Corporation clients with less than 20 employees [Manufacturing (less than 20 employees), wholesale (less than 10 employees), retail (less than 10 employees), restaurants/lodging (less than 10 employees), services (less than 20 employees), information and communications (less than 20 employees), construction (less than 20 employees), transportation (less than 20 employees) (less than 20), construction (less than 20), transportation (less than 20)]. (Note) Based on the revision of the Japan Standard Industrial Classification, "Restaurants" was changed to "Restaurants and Accommodation," and "Information and Communication" was newly added in the April-June 2004 survey, resulting in eight industry categories. (Note) Starting with the January-March 2008 survey, the number of employees of target companies is defined as less than 20. |
