| 概要 | 2020年(令和２年)年明けから世界規模で流行し始めた新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大については、外出自粛や休業等による生活や雇用への影響等が懸念されている。一方で、これを契機にオンラインの活用が普及することにより、男女ともに新しい働き方の可能性がもたらされているとともに、男性の家事・育児等への参画を促す好機ともなっている。 本調査は、このような状況下で男女共同参画の視点からの政策課題を把握するため、新型コロナウイルス感染症の拡大が性別によって雇用や生活等に与えている影響の違い等について、調査・分析を実施することを目的とする。 The spread of a new type of coronavirus infection, which began to spread globally at the beginning of 2020 (2020), has raised concerns about the impact of the outbreak on people's lives and employment, including voluntary restraint from going out and taking time off from work. On the other hand, the spread of online work has brought about the possibility of new ways of working for both men and women. It has also provided an opportunity to encourage men to participate in housework and childcare. In order to understand policy issues from the perspective of gender equality under these circumstances, this survey aims to investigate and analyze the differences in the impact of the spread of the new coronavirus infection on employment, daily life, etc., depending on gender. |
