| 概要 | 近年，国際連合，OECD等の国際機関を中心に，GDP等の経済指標では捉えられない人々の幸福や満足を描き出そうとする試みが活発化している。日本においても，累次にわたる骨太方針を受け，経済社会の構造を経済指標によるだけではなく，満足度という質的・主観的観点から，より多角的に可視化し，政策運営に活かしていくべく内閣府が検討を進めてきた。 具体的に，内閣府では社会・経済状況を満足度・生活の質の観点から多角的に把握するため，インターネット調査である「満足度・生活の質に関する調査」を2019年（第1回）から開始し，2020年に第2回調査を行った。 2021年に実施された本調査では，約5,000人の回答者のうち約2,900人が前回（2019年・2020年）調査からの継続サンプルであり，新型コロナウイルス感染症の拡大前後における満足度・生活環境の変化を分析することのできるデータとなっている。 In recent years, international organizations such as the United Nations and the OECD have been active in their attempts to depict people's happiness and satisfaction, which cannot be captured by economic indicators such as GDP. In Japan, following a series of Basic Policies, the Cabinet Office has been studying the possibility of visualizing the structure of the economy and society not only through economic indicators but also from the qualitative and subjective perspective of satisfaction in order to use this information in policy management. Specifically, the Cabinet Office started the “Survey on Satisfaction and Quality of Life 2019” (the first survey), which is an internet survey, and conducted the second survey in 2020 to grasp the social and economic situation from various perspectives in terms of satisfaction and quality of life. In this survey conducted in 2021, approximately 2,900 of the approximately 5,000 respondents were from the previous surveys (2019 and 2020), providing data that can be used to analyze changes in satisfaction and living conditions before and after the spread of the new coronavirus infection. |
