| 概要 | 司法制度改革によって導入された刑事司法分野の諸改革の下で，刑事弁護の変化が種々の条件によってどのように影響されているかを分析し，今後のあるべき発展に必要な条件を検討することは，すぐれて法社会学的な課題である。 本調査は，「刑事分野における弁護士活動の多様化と高度化に関する総合的分析」というテーマのもと，日本の弁護士活動全体と，刑事分野における弁護士活動の全体的構造を概括的に把握することを目的に実施された。質問項目の設定には，先行して行われたインタビュー調査の結果を参考にしている。 It is a legal, sociological task to analyze how changes in criminal defense are affected by various conditions under the various reforms in the field of criminal justice introduced by the judicial system reform and to examine the conditions necessary for future ideal development. Under the theme of "A Comprehensive Analysis of the Diversification and Sophistication of Lawyers' Activities in the Criminal Field," this survey was conducted to gain a general understanding of the overall structure of lawyers' activities in Japan and the criminal field as a whole. The results of the preceding interview survey were used as a reference in setting the questions. |
