| 概要 | 本調査は，若手・中堅社員が，「自律的・主体的なキャリア形成」についてどう認識しているか，自身が重視することと会社からの期待の認識にギャップはあるのか，どれくらい実現できているのかなどの意識や実態を明らかにすることを目的としている。 The purpose of this survey is to clarify the awareness and reality of how young and mid-career employees perceive “autonomous and independent career development,” whether there is a gap between what they consider important and what the company expects of them, and to what extent they are achieving this. |

| 母集団 | 若手・中堅の会社勤務正社員 ※25～44歳の管理職を除いた一般社員のみ。 ※現在勤務する会社（従業員規模300名以上）に入社してから半年以上経過した人。 Young and mid-career full-time employees working for a company *Only general employees, excluding managers aged 25-44 *Anybody who has been with the company he/she currently works for (employee size of 300 or more) for at least six months. |
