| 概要 | ホワイトカラーの雇用不安の顕在化と雇用・処遇制度の見直しが進められる状況のもとで，いわゆる課長層を中心とする中堅管理職層が雇用・処遇についてどのような意見をもっているか，そしてそれが労使関係上，どのような課題をもたらすかを明らかにすることを目的として本調査が実施された。1993年の組合員の範囲に関する調査研究によって「管理職層」にかかわる組合員の範囲の実態とそれに対する労使の対応の現状が明らかになったことをふまえ，かれら「管理職層」自身が自らの立場をどのように考え，どのようなニーズをもっているかを個人調査によって解明しようとするものである。なお，本調査は，連合傘下の労働組合の協力をえて実施した「組合調査」と，東京のオフィス街で配布した「オフィス街調査」の2つからなる。 The insecure employment situation has reached white-collar employees as the conventional arrangements of employment and treatment have been put under scrutiny. This survey was conducted in order to clarify what leading managers (centering around section-level managers) think of such arrangements and what issues their idea may bring to the prevailing labor-management relations. Earlier in 1993, our research study of unionists' boundaries disclosed the current state of management strata in relation to such boundaries and the labor-management response to that state. To build on the research study, this survey investigated what the managers themselves think of their own position and what particular needs they have. The survey consists of two parts: the Union Questionnaire, which was conducted in cooperation with JTUC-affiliated unions and the Office District Questionnaire, which was directly applied to an office district in Tokyo. |

(About a half of the respondents were section managers and another half, section chiefs.) [Office District Questionnaire] Leading managers on the way to office at one station. |
