| 概要 | 起業家や創業期の企業は，資金，信用力，経営ノウハウなどが不足しており，これらが障害となって，円滑な起業活動を行えないことが多い。そのなかで，従来，既存の中小企業経営者は，起業活動において直面する数多くの問題を解決する上で，大きな役割を果たしており，公的支援制度や，民間支援機関の活動を補完してきた。しかし，その実態は十分に把握されているとはいえない。そこで，既存の中小企業経営者が，起業家や創業期の企業に対して，行っている支援の内容，支援の理由，支援に対する考え方などを調査することにより，中小企業経営者による起業活動支援の実態を明らかにし，今後，中小企業経営者による起業活動支援が活発化するために必要な環境や条件を探ることを目的として，本調査が実施された。 Those who start up new business and companies in their start-up period lack funds, credibility and know-how of management, and oftentimes lack of these things hinders the smooth start-up of a business. Managers of existing small- and medium-size companies are playing a great role in resolving many of the problems faced by those who are starting up new business, and they have complemented the role played by public support system and private support organizations. However, contents of support provided by the managers of existing small- and medium-size companies are not fully grasped. By discovering the contents of support given by the managers of existing small- and medium-size companies to those who are starting up new business, why they give support and what they think of the support they give, this survey aims to clarify the contents of support given by the managers of existing small- and medium-size companies in the context of business start-ups, and to find out necessary environment and conditions to stimulate support from the managers of small- and medium-size companies in the future. |
