| 概要 | 男女雇用機会均等法が改正され，事業主の努力義務とされていた募集・採用，配置・昇進を含む雇用管理のすべての段階における男女差別的な取扱いが禁止となり，1年が経過した。そこで労働省から委託を受け，本調査が実施されることとなった。本調査は，企業において総合職で働く女性の就業状況を把握するとともに女性総合職の意識について把握することを目的としている。併せて，平成12年3月大学卒業予定者の募集及び採用内定状況と改正男女雇用機会均等法の施行に伴う企業の対応状況を把握することを目的としている。 One year has past since the Equal Employment Opportunity Law was amended. The original EEO Law only imposed a moral duty on employers to endeavor to treat women equally to men, where as the amended law prohibited discriminatory treatment against women in all stages of employment. This survey was conducted by the request of the Ministry of Labor to find out the working situation of women in the career track of an enterprise and how these women view their work life. At the same time, the survey aims to search the situation regarding recruitment and hiring of the students who would prospectively graduate from college in March 2000, and look into whether enterprises have made changes in their recruitment and hiring to abide by the amended EEO Law. |
