| 概要 | 本調査は，就労者と介護による離職者（以下，離職者）それぞれにおける仕事と介護の両立に関する実態把握を目的として実施された。 就労者においては，手助け・介護の実態・直面可能性や，介護制度や支援制度に係る情報認識度，両立支援制度の認知状況・利用状況等の実態や職場の支援に対する期待，課題等の把握が可能となるように質問項目を設けており，また離職者については，就労者と同じ設問を調査するとともに，離職した具体的な状況や仕事を継続するために必要な企業の取組等を把握するための質問項目を用意している。 なお，本調査で用いている「手助け（てだすけ）・介護」（以下，「手助・介護」という。）とは，排泄や入浴等の「身体介助」，施設や遠距離での「介護」に加え，定期的な声かけ（見守り），食事のしたくや掃除，洗濯などの家事，ちょっとした買い物やゴミ出し，通院の送迎や外出の手助け，入退院の手続きや金銭の管理などの「手助け」も含むものとしている。 This is a fact-finding survey conducted to understand how employed individuals and those forced to leave work because of long-term care (hereafter, unemployed), balance work and care.For employed individuals, we posed questions to better understand various issues related to care, including the following: the actual state of help/care and the possibility of needing it, the degree to which one is informed about care and support systems, awareness about systems to help one balance work and care, their ability to use them, and expectations for workplace support. For unemployed individuals, we posed the same questions as those given to employed respondents, and we also asked questions to better understand the specific circumstances of their departure from work as well as their thoughts on the specific initiatives their company needs to undertake in order for them to resume work.Furthermore, the "help/care" we refer to in this survey includes the following: physical help (using the restroom, bathing); facility-based or long-distance care, periodic check-ins (guardianship); preparation/cleaning of food; housework such as laundry, simple shopping, and garbage disposal; help with travel to the hospital or out of the house; and help with hospital admittance/dismissal procedures or money management. |
