| 概要 | 日本経済の低成長が続く中，中小企業経営さらには経済全体を活性化させる手段として直接投資や輸出など海外展開が注目されている。実際，大企業だけではなく，中小企業においても海外展開を行うものが少なくない。しかし，事業の一部を国外で行うことから，企業の海外展開は産業や雇用の空洞化を招くという懸念もある。そこで，日本政策金融公庫総合研究所では，融資先の企業を対象に海外展開による中小企業への影響について検証するために，本調査を2012年8月に実施した。 主な調査項目は，（1）海外展開している中小企業自身への影響，（2）海外展開している企業が取引を通じて中小企業に与える影響，（3）海外展開とは直接関係がない中小企業への影響，の3点である。 As Japan’s economy continues to slow down, overseas expansion through direct investment or imports is garnering attention as a way to stimulate small and mid-sized businesses as well as the economy overall. In fact, besides the large corporations, many smaller companies also engage in overseas expansion. However, there are also concerns that the overseas expansion will lead to the hollowing out of industries and employment since parts of businesses will be conducted overseas. Thus, the Japan Finance Corporation Research Institute conducted this survey in August 2008 to study the effects that overseas expansions have on small to mid-sized businesses with target companies financed by the Japan Finance Corporation The following are the primary survey items: (1) effects on small to mid-sized businesses expanding overseas; (2) effects on small to mid-sized businesses while dealing with businesses that are expanding overseas; and (3) effects on small to mid-sized businesses with no direct connection to overseas expansion. |
