| 概要 | 連合の「生活実態アンケート調査」は民間連合時代の1988年から隔年で実施しているもので，春季生活闘争の方針や要求づくりに欠かせない基礎データとなっている。近年，組合員の関心やニーズが多様化している中で，組合員の生活実態や生活実感についてのナマの声を正確にキャッチするために行っているものである。今回の調査は，連合の2001年春季生活闘争を進めるうえで，組合員の生活と職場の実態，実感を把握することを目的として実施されたものである。 調査の項目としては，前回までの調査との継続性についても配慮しながら組合員の「ゆとり，豊かさ，社会的公正」の現状とそれが実感できない場合の理由，組合員の生活スタイルの方向等とし，今後の生活改善闘争の課題の掘り下げに役立つ資料作成に努めている。今回も前回同様，地方連合会を通じて中小・地場の組合にも配布している。 RENGO's "Survey of Life" has been conducted every other year since in 1988, and it has become a basic data essential to forming agenda and requests for the "Spring Life Struggle (Shunto)." The survey serves for the purpose to seek the union members' reality of life and their feelings for life under a situation where the union members' needs and concerns is diversifying. This year's survey was conducted for the purpose of understanding the situation and realities of life and workplace of the union members, which is necessary to advance the 2001 Shunto. Using some of the search items used in the past, this survey tries to investigate whether union members feel "quality, richness and social justice" in their lives and, if not, the reason. It also tries to find out what kind of life style union members wish to pursue. This time as well as last time questionnaires were distributed to medium and small-sized unions through regional unions under RENGO. |
