| 概要 | アジア諸国の経済がますます国際的結びつきを強めていく中で，アジア地域の労働組合の国際的相互協力の重要性が増している。本調査は，日本と関係の深いアジア7カ国（韓国，台湾，香港，シンガポール，タイ，マレーシア，フィリピン）の労働組合のリーダーに対し，労働組合運動の置かれている状況と課題についての意識調査を行い，国際労働運動の課題を明らかにするとともに，とりわけ日本の労働組合が国際活動を進めるにあたっての今後の指針を得ることを目的に実施された。本調査は，ナショナルセンターあるいは産業別組織向けと，事業所レベルの組合リーダー向けの2種類実施された。本調査は連合総研が1993年1月に「アジアと日本研究委員会」を発足させ，開始した研究活動の一環である。 As economic ties among Asian countries have become stronger, the significance has increased of international cooperation among labor unions in the Asian region. This survey was extended to seven countries with which Japan has deep relationships (South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and the Philippines) to learn union leaders' understandings of the state and issues of the local labor movements. The survey thereby tried to clarify issues involved in international labor movements and to derive a future direction which Japanese unions should take in promoting international labor activities. The survey has two parts: a questionnaire for national centers or industrial labor organizations and a questionnaire for union leaders at the workplace level. In January 1993, JTUC-RIALS established a Committee for Studying Asia and Japan, and the current survey is a product of the research activities which the Committee has continued since then. |

| 回収率 | ［ナショナルセンター・産別リーダー用］配布数：各国とも50，回収数：香港1，シンガポール0，台湾12，韓国9，マレーシア10，タイ30，フィリピン53，合計115 ［事業所レベルリーダー用］配布数：各国とも200，回収数：香港1，シンガポール36，台湾1，韓国49，マレーシア7，タイ103，フィリピン62，合計259 [National center and industrial union leaders] 50 for each country. A total of 115 responses: 1 from Hong Kong, none from Singapore, 12 from Taiwan, 9 from South Korea, 10 from Malaysia, 30 from Thailand, and 53 from the Philippines. [Workplace leaders] 200 for each country. A total of 259 responses: 1 from Hong Kong, 36 from Singapore, 1 from Taiwan, 49 from South Korea, 7 from Malaysia, 103 from Thailand, and 62 from the Philippines. |
